Rolls-Royce Connected
CARDATA
Rolls-Royce Teleservices functionality is available in a number of countries and on certain models (your authorised Rolls-Royce Dealer can provide information regarding the compatibility of your vehicle). Part of the Teleservice functionality is to allow the direct communication of maintenance information (telematics data) from your motor car to your authorised Rolls-Royce Dealer. The quantity and type of telematics data may vary, depending on the motor car, driving styles, the model, the model year and special accessories.
Rolls-Royce CarData provides you with an overview of the telematic data that your motor car regularly sends to Rolls-Royce as part of the Rolls-Royce Teleservice services. This includes, but is not limited to, vehicle metrics and measurements that are generated by sensors in your motor car, such as the mileage and check control messages. Examples of the data collected are: Vehicle status, Usage-based data, and Events-related data. For example, under Vehicle Status the following information may be available ‘Coolant temperature’ will indicate the current coolant temperature in degrees centigrade at the time of data collection. Or ‘Tank Content Range’ will indicate the current content of the fuel tank as an expect range in kilometres at the time of data collection.
If your motor car has transmitted telematics data to Rolls-Royce, you can request the telematics data currently stored for your vehicle by accessing Rolls-Royce CarData Portal., available exclusively for clients in the EU, UK, Switzerland, and Ireland.
For clients outside these regions, please complete the Rolls-Royce CarData Request.
For further information regarding your vehicle's telematics data or to review the key terms and conditions, you can refer to the Telematics Data Catalogue (DU version), the Rolls-Royce CarData Terms and Conditions, or the Rolls-Royce Teleservices Get Connected Form.

SERVICE PARTNER AGREEMENT
For EU specification (country of usage) vehicles produced from September 2020 onwards, Rolls-Royce owners have the option to change repair and maintenance service providers to an independent provider other than a Rolls-Royce authorised service partner.
Your independent service partner will be required to initiate this request on your behalf. Your approval will be required to confirm transfer of services. Once your independent provider initiates the process please complete the Service Partner Assignment form for approval for transfer of the Service Partner Services (e.g. processing of Teleservice Calls), Breakdown Assistance or Accident Assistance.
Once approved, these services will no longer be provided by Rolls-Royce authorised service partners, but by the independent provider of your choice. After your approval, the independent provider receives vehicle data depending on the service type. The exact scope of the individual services depends on then vehicle market and the EU country in which the independent provider is located. A detailed description of each service can be found in Rolls-Royce Motor Cars CarData T&C’s.
